[1] 修罗 – Can’t find much about this except that it refers to malevolent spirits in Indian mythology. Personally, I think it’s referring to the black vein-y looking marks that Wen Ning has on him.
[2] Can also mean ‘remaining years’, making it ‘For the rest of my life’. But I think the vibe that ‘wretched’ gives the song really suits Wen Ning’s story so…yeah.
[3] 奋不顾身 – It’s an idiom that means to dash ahead with no regard for personal safety. Decided to change it slightly because ‘With this wretched life I’ll disregard my safety for you’ sounds kind of weird.
